The Ottawa Kids of Steel Triathlons will give kids between 5 and 15 the chance to race on a world stage. The stunning Ottawa backdrop and Rideau Canal provide a unique, picturesque venue with a safe, suitable course.
Ages are based on December 31, 2016

Detailed athlete schedule will be added once confirmed.
The swim courses will consist of one out and back swim along the shore of Dow’s Lake.
The KOS transition will be in the carpeted elite transition.
The bike course will feature laps of a 4.6km out and back loop or a set distance loop for younger athletes.
The 1km run course will be on smooth-paved roads, with a shallow climb at the start of each lap. Younger athletes will complete a set distance loop. After the final lap of the run athletes will turn right to the finish line
