Sunday, June 18 – 6:15am

The course:

The swim course will consist of one 750m loop in Dow’s Lake. It will feature an in-water start after a short warm-up in a designated area. Starts will be broken down into age category, and the number of athletes in each wave will be capped.

The route to transition will involve a 100m run/wheel on roads. The carpeted elite transition is pavement throughout.

The bike course will feature a single 20km out and back bike loop. The course follows the Rideau Canal making it fast and flat. There will be a number of narrow sections that will feature no overtaking, and will be clearly signed at the start and end.

The two lap run course will be on smooth-paved roads, with a shallow climb at the start of each lap.

After the final lap of the run athletes will take a 150m route to the finish line.
